Hey all, got issued a challenge this morning, (after I gave the recruits an exercise where they had to pull a truck tyre laden with sandbags and other equipment, via a 15 metre marine rope) 'See if you can reel it in Staffy!' So I took the challenge and reeled that load in hand over hand, slowly and methodically at first and then picking up speed as I worked my way through the entire length of rope.
Tough? yes. Fun? Hell Yeah :)
