jPT Tip: Need a better brekky

jPT Tip: Need a better brekky but can't quite give up your usual tasty cereal, get a 30g each of cereal, oats, bran in your bowl. save$, lowers sugar, keeps you fuller, higher fibre & keeps taste. I like to add goji berries 2 for a real nutrition kick!

Knock off a whole piece of fruit along with brekky for a real 'fuzzies' blasting start!
